Meet The Chef
My name is Marissa Martinez, Chef and Owner of "Seasoned by Marissa" catering.
Working in the kitchen and creating delicious flavorful meals is my passion. My Mexican-American backround has exposed me to a variety of ingredients, flavors and foods. While I am a Le Cordon Bleu alumni, I give traditional flavors a twist that will surely delight you: my training in French cuisine has only amplified and refined my cooking techniques. I strive to pique an assortment of palates, and I'm never afraid to experiment with dishes from around the world (Just ask my husband and kids). My kitchen is continually developing and reviewing new recipes and cooking techniques in order to bring variety and innovation to visually-pleasing, appetite-satisfying entrees and appetizers. I absolutely love cooking and my savory dishes prove so, but please allow yourself the opportunity to find out for yourself.
