Service Description

In this sweet and skill-building session, students will prepare authentic cannoli dough from scratch and learn the art of tempering chocolate—a foundational technique in pastry work. We’ll also make a classic cannoli filling, with a variety of optional add-ins to create unique and flavorful combinations.
